IT major HCL Technologies on Monday declared an exceptional one-time reward for workers worth ₹700 crore, to check the intersection of $10 billion income achievement in 2020.

The $10B income achievement is a confirmation of our momentous strength as an association and the enterprising soul of our 159,000+ representatives. With this signal, we need to earnestly offer our thanks to our representatives and their families for all their help,” the assertion from Apparao V.V., Chief Human Resources Officer, HCL Technologies said.
The exceptional reward will be paid to workers in February 2021, adding up to around $90 million or more finance charges in certain nations, the effect of which is prohibited from the FY21 EBIT direction given by the organization a month ago, it added.
