The new element permits clients to send a voice DM (Direct Message) or a voice clasp to the Twitter contact, as per The Verge.

According to a Twitter report, this component will be dispatched in a coordinated manner, so it is possible that a portion of the clients will not see the element show up right away. The Verge announced that to use this new element, a client needs to just open the chatbox of the concerned contact, tap on the voice symbol set in the base right corner and start recording. When a client has recorded the voice message, he ought to next tap on the plug symbol to wrap up.
